(QNO) - On the morning of November 29, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Huynh Trong Duong led the team to visit and greet the Consulate General of Laos in Da Nang city (Vietnam) on the occasion of the 49th anniversary of Laos's National Day (December 2, 1975–2024).
At the meeting, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Huynh Trong Duong, Rector of Quang Nam University, congratulated Laos on the achievements in building, protecting, and developing the country over the past 49 years under the wise leadership of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party.
At the same time, he wished the friendship, special solidarity, and comprehensive cooperation between Vietnam and Laos would forever be green and sustainable.
In reply, Consul General of Laos in Da Nang city, Souphanh Hadaoheuang, expressed the gratitude and warm feelings from Quang Nam University for the staff of the Lao Consulate General in Da Nang.
Mr. Souphanh Hadaoheuang highly appreciated Quang Nam University’s role in training Vietnamese and majors for Lao students over the years, contributing to training human resources to serve the socio-economic development of Laos.
He believed the relationship between the university and the Lao Consulate General would be stronger in the future.
