(QNO) - At the end of October 2024, leaders from the Embassy of Lao in Vietnam and the Consulate General of Laos in Da Nang visited University of Education - the University of Da Nang, fostering opportunities for enhanced cooperation in training Laotian students.
Ambassador Khamphao Ernthavanh of Laos to Vietnam expressed her pleasure during her visit, noting that Da Nang University of Education provides an excellent environment for international students, including Laotian students, to study and develop comprehensively.
The Lao Embassy and Consulate General have long collaborated with the university to ensure favorable conditions for Laotian students' studies and integration.
On October 26, the Da Nang University of Economics also organized a meeting program for Lao students in the 2024 - 2025 school year. Currently, the school has 4 graduate students, 120 masters and Laotian students studying at the university level in many different majors such as economics, law, finance...
On October 30, Da Nang University of Foreign Languages launched the Vietnamese language preparatory program for Laotian students in the 2024-2025 academic year. The program includes 11 master's students, 8 undergraduates, and 1 student with a scholarship from Da Nang city.
