(QNO) - A famtrip delegation from Nepalese travel agencies and Singapore Airlines has recently paid a visit to well-known tourist destinations in Quang Nam and Danang. At the same time, they made connections with local tourist firms in these areas.
The 12-member famtrip delegation visited some key tourist attractions, including Hoi An ancient town, My Son Sanctuary, Bay Mau nipa palm forest, Hoi An Impression Island, Marble Mountains, and Ba Na Hills.
They also surveyed accommodations and restaurants. Additionally, the delegation met and connected with tourism businesses from both regions.
Melvin Tanct, General Manager of Nepal at Singapore Airlines, stated that after the famtrip, Nepalese travel companies would develop tour packages utilising Singapore Airlines' routes from Nepal to Singapore and onwards to Vietnam.
Tourists can fly from Kathmandu to Singapore and then connect to Danang. Currently, Singapore Airlines operates 14 flights per week between Singapore and Danang and 7 flights per week between Singapore and Kathmandu.
