(QNO) - The Provincial People's Committee of Quang Nam has recently issued a decision on the green tourism criteria for seven domain types of tourism activities in the province.
The criteria set consists of 7 domain types: hotel, homestay and villa, tour operator, community - based tourism, attractions, food and beverage establishment - F&B establishment.
The Department of Culture, Sports, and Tourism of Quang Nam will lead and coordinate with the Quang Nam Tourism Association, relevant departments, agencies, and local authorities to guide organizations, businesses, and tourism operators in implementing the green tourism criteria in their operations.
Additionally, they will monitor implementation, evaluate annually, address issues, and propose adjustments to the Provincial People's Committee as needed.
This decision takes effect from the date of signing and replaces Decision No. 3570 dated December 4, 2021, by the Provincial People's Committee of Quang Nam.
