The first automatic train ticket machine in Quang Nam

According to the Department of Culture, Sports, and Tourism of Quang Nam, the machine not only saves time by reducing wait times during peak periods and minimizes cash handling risks but also allows passengers to choose seats, purchase tickets for multiple segments or routes, and use discounts to save on costs.

The device is useful for checking information and buying train tickets, fitting with the digital transformation trend.

This is the first automatic ticket machine in Quang Nam, part of a joint plan between the Department of Culture, Sports, and Tourism of Quang Nam province and the Vietnam Railways Cooperation.
