(QNO) - Veggie Hut vegetarian restaurant located in Phuoc Thinh quarter, Cam An ward becomes popular with local people and tourists to Hoi An city, Quang Nam province.
The restaurant is owned by startups Ilona (25 year-old) from Holland and Le Thuy Hoa in Hoi An. The space of the restaurant is designed as a village in Southern Vietnam.
Veggie Hut’s vegetarian foods have Asian- European flavours, including tuna bread, mushroom soup, spring roll with mustard greens, Yang Zhou rice, stir-fried noodles, and fruit juice.
Ilona said she decided to stay and do business in Hoi An after 5 years she had lived here. She loves local nature, culture and people. In Hoi An, she’s realized that vegetarian dishes are delicious, rustic and attractive to foreign tourists.
Thuy Hoa met and made friends with Ilona at Thuy Hoa’s fashion shop. Both share a love of nature, plants and the wants of environmental protection via vegetarian foods.
Each vegetarian dish at this restaurant is carefully prepared to ensure its nutritional content, vitamins, and protein.
Veggie Hut restaurant also uses environmentally friendly materials, minimizing the plastic waste into the environment. In the future, the two young girls wish to further deliver the message of environmental protection through their vegetarian foods.
