(QNO) - Three of Central Vietnam’s localities, Quang Nam, Da Nang, Thua Thien Hue, will jointly promote regional tourism in Taiwan in June 2024.
The program aims to enhance the promotion of the "Amazing Central Vietnam Heritage" brand in 5 provinces and cities in Central Vietnam, including Quang Nam, Da Nang, Thua Thien Hue, Quang Tri, and Quang Binh.
At the same time, the information and images relating to destinations, tourism products, and services of the above localities will be introduced to travel businesses and visitors in Taiwan, attracting international tourists to Vietnam in general and Central Vietnam in particular.
Since the COVID-19 pandemic was controlled, Taiwanese visitors to Quang Nam have continuously increased.
In the first quarter of 2024, the Taiwanese tourist market has risen to second place after South Korea in the total structure of international visitors to Quang Nam with nearly 73 thousand visitors.
