(QNO) - Quang Nam province is advancing an integrated project on adaptive development, including dredging the Truong Giang River, building six bridges across this river, and constructing a flood drainage system for Tam Ky city.
Besides, there are investments in the Song Dam urban area project in Tam Ky city and upgrading Chu Lai Airport in Nui Thanh district.
These projects offer Quang Nam great development potential.
The integrated adaptive development project will be implemented in Tam Ky, Duy Xuyen, Thang Binh, and Nui Thanh.
The project has a total investment of over VND 2,722 billion, with around VND 1,838 billion in ODA loans from the World Bank (WB) and over VND 884 billion in counterpart funding.
Quang Nam is now concentrating on effectively obtaining land clearance in order to facilitate the project's execution.
