(QNO) - Quang Nam's socio-economic situation maintained positive growth in the first nine months of 2024.
Reportedly, in the first 9 months of 2024, the provincial Industrial Production Index (IIP) increased by 30.1% and labour utilisation by 46.7% year-on-year.
Quang Nam welcomed 6.475 million visitors, including 4.245 million international tourists, with tourism revenue estimated at VND 6,230 billion, up 8%. Social income from tourism reached VND 14,641 billion.
By September 13, public investment disbursed VND 3,347.2 billion, reaching 37.7% of the target. State budget revenue hit nearly VND 14,435 billion, 61.2% of the forecast, with expectations of VND 24,029 billion by year-end.
Additionally, Quang Nam approved 25 new domestic and 8 FDI projects, with an investment of nearly VND 4,800 billion and USD 126.6 million, respectively.
