(QNO) - Quang Nam has identified e-commerce promotion as an important channel for advertising, investment attraction, and connecting with partners and customers.
At the end of September, Quang Nam participated in the Vietnam-India Cross-Border E-commerce Promotion Symposium 2024, part of a cross-border e-commerce promotion event in New Delhi, India.
Concurrently, the Quang Nam delegation joined in various activities, including sharing business knowledge and visiting the Uttar Pradesh International Trade Show (UPITS) 2024, which showcased products of food processing technology, handicrafts, textiles and fashion garments, industries and manufacturing, renewable energy, automobiles and EVs, etc.
The province plans to develop a long-term strategy for e-commerce promotion in the Indian market as e-commerce promotion is cheaper and more effective, connecting businesses with partners and customers globally flexibly.
Quang Nam helps promote OCOP products on e-commerce platforms and supports small businesses to build websites, thereby enabling them to have efficient sales and adapt to e-commerce, fostering diverse business models, and making e-commerce essential to the digital economy.
Currently, the majority of Quang Nam's manufacturing facilities and businesses have websites and actively use social media to regularly update and market their products for sale.
