Quang Nam, a green heritage land

Deputy Director General of the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism Ha Van Sieu and Vice Chairman of the Quang Nam provincial People’s Committee Ho Quang Buu attended and co-chaired the press conference.

At the event, Director of the Department of Culture, Sports, and Tourism of Quang Nam province, Nguyen Thanh Hong, said the tourism stimulus program aims to attract more domestic and international visitors to Quang Nam, contributing to the province’s socio-economic growth.

The program is also geared towards green, effective, and sustainable tourism and accompanied by more than 100 travel businesses in the province.

The Quang Nam tourism stimulus program 2024 will be divided into two phases.

The 1st phase will take place from May to August, with several promotional packages under the theme of summer emotions. The 2nd phase is from September to November with the theme of golden season of Quang land.

Addressing the event, Deputy Director General of the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism Ha Van Sieu highly appreciated the messages from Quang Nam's stimulus program with unique images of Quang Nam in attracting visitors.

In the first 3 months of 2024, the number of international visitors to Quang Nam increased sharply. The number of visitors to Quang Nam reached 1.7 million (an increase of 25% over the same period), including nearly 1 million international tourists. From the beginning of the year until now, many tourist destinations in Quang Nam have been honored in global tourism rankings by prestigious world tourism platforms.
