(QNO)  - The "Vietnamese Culinary Culture" festival has just been organised in Ho Chi Minh City, attracting hundreds of chefs from all over the country and creating a new record for the map of Vietnamese cuisine with 126 dishes and specialties from 63 provinces and cities nationwide.
