Da Nang sets up task force to promote cooperation with the U.S

The task force is led by the Permanent Vice Chairman of the Da Nang People's Committee, Ho Ky Minh, the Director of the Da Nang Department of Foreign Affairs, Nguyen Xuan Binh, as the deputy.

The task force for Da Nang - the U.S. cooperation advises and assists the city’s chairman in coordinating with the U.S. Consulate General in Ho Chi Minh City to promote cooperation activities between Da Nang and U.S. partners.

The task force proposes cooperation strategies between Da Nang and U.S. partners in different areas, such as attracting investment in the fields of high-tech, semiconductor industry, and high-quality workforce training.

Additionally, the task force will study development models like international financial centers, smart cities, the circular economy, green development, and sustainable development.
