Da Nang launches direct flight route to Kazakhstan

(QNO) – On April 2, flight VJ52 from Almaty City (Kazakhstan) landed at Da Nang International Airport, bringing nearly 300 passengers to visit and explore the city.

The first passengers on the flight from Almaty City (Kazakhstan) to Da Nang at noon on April 2.

During their stay in Da Nang, the group visited and experienced famous tourist destinations such as Ba Na Hills, Son Tra Peninsula, Marble Mountains, and Hoi An Ancient Town.

The launch of the Almaty – Da Nang route marks a significant milestone in connecting Da Nang's tourism with the Kazakhstan market in particular and the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) in general. It contributes to promoting the attraction of tourists from this potential market to the city.

According to the plan, travel agencies will operate flights from Kazakhstan to Da Nang with a frequency of four flights per week, from April to October 2025. Specifically, there will be two weekly flights from Almaty to Da Nang (on Tuesdays and Fridays), and two weekly flights from Astana to Da Nang (on Wednesdays and Saturdays).

Leaders of the Da Nang Department of Tourism welcome the passengers on the flight from Almaty City to Da Nang.
