(QNO) - According to the culinary website TasteAtlas, Vietnamese cuisine ranked 19th in the 2024 list of the world's 100 best cuisines.
The renowned culinary website TasteAtlas revealed its 2024 ranking of the world’s top 100 cuisines, based on 477,287 valid reviews of 15,478 dishes in its extensive database.
Popular Vietnamese dishes like pho, banh mi, bun bo Hue, goi cuon, banh xeo, and Quang noodles were highly praised, alongside other favorites such as com tam, bun cha, bun thit nuong, and banh bot loc. Even unique dishes like tiet canh received recognition.
Local specialties such as Phan Thiet fish sauce, Hoi An sea snails, Binh Thuan dragon fruit, and Sa Pa black chicken further showcased Vietnam’s culinary diversity.
Vietnam joined other Southeast Asian cuisines, including Indonesia and Thailand, in the top 100.
