(QNO) - On August 22, Quang Nam leaders welcomed the high-ranking delegation from Laos led by Vice President of the National Assembly Bounpone Bouttanavong to Hoi An city.
The Lao delegation visited several sites in Hoi ancient town such as Cam Pho communal house, Tan Ky ancient house and enjoyed Vietnamese traditional artistic performances such as bai choi singing, Champa dance, and opera.
The delegation expressed their interest and admiration for the values of culture, history and architecture, especially heritage conservation and tourism promotion of Hoi ancient town which contributes to local life improvement and socio-economic growth.
