Two projects funded by JICA going on well

(QNO) - On 1st November, in the meeting with the JICA delegation (Japan) led by Mr Fumio Kato, Mr Hoang Chau Sinh, Vice chairman of the  Quang Nam provincial Union of Friendship Associations, informed of the progress of two projects, “Developing sales network through cooperation between localities and tourism” and “Enlarging safe vegetable production and developing traditional handicrafts”. Both projects have been funded by JICA and implemented in Quang Nam since March 2016.

In July 2016, JICA agreed to support a watering system for 5.5 ha of VietGAP vegetables,  a plant nursery at My Hung hamlet (Binh Trieu commune, Thang Binh district) , safe vegetable shops in  Da Nang city. The showrooms for traditional handicrafts were put at the Hoi An Silk Village and  35 Nguyen Thai Hoc  street (Hoi An city) in July 2016. A practical surveying to Japan will be held this November.
