A memorandum of understanding on recruiting, training, and dispatching workers to Germany is signed by Quang Nam College and Nguyen Van Troi College.

The collaboration involves Nguyen Van Troi College (Da Nang city) and Viet Global Studying Abroad Consultancy and Labour Supplier Company Limited, which will be responsible for managing the process of sending workers to Germany.

Under the memorandum of understanding, the parties will work together to recruit and train students for employment opportunities in Germany.

Students will go to Germany under a study-and-work model. They will undergo advanced vocational training in Germany for 36 months, earning a monthly salary of 900 EUR to 1.300 EUR (approximately 25-36 million VND).

After completing vocational training, students must pass a final examination and obtain a certification from the German Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Successful candidates will then sign a three-year employment contract with a monthly salary ranging from 2.000 EUR to 3.500 EUR (approximately 55-97 million VND).

Viet Global Studying Abroad Consultancy and Labour Supplier Company Limited will oversee procedures, training, and job placements in Germany.
