(QNO) - Quang Nam tourism has been flourishing since the Lunar New Year festival (Tet), showing a recovery of local tourism.
There were tens of thousands of visitors to Hoi An during the Tet. Then, a stable number of visitors are remained till now, which makes the ancient town busy.
Tourism recovery
Several local key tourism products are recovered, including the Ancient Town at Night, Bai Choi performance art, traditional craft villages, and other tourist attractions.
Besides, a lot of cultural and entertainment activities have been attractive to visitors since the Tet, such as Cau Bong festival in Tra Que village, Kim Bong Carpentry Festival among others.
In addition, that Hoi An was listed as one of the most romantic places in the world for Valentine’s Day contributed to attract more and more couples to the ancient town.
Moreover, the maintenance of tourism stimuli along with the reopening of international flights is expected to make Hoi An tourism recover faster.
Reportedly, a lot of foreign travellers are planning to go to Hoi An and they have booked summer tours and tours in 2023.
National Tourism Year 2022 in Quang Nam
Several tourist attractions in Quang nam are planned to open or reopen on the occasion of the National Tourism Year 2022, including Shilla Monogram Quangnam Danang and Radisson Blu Resort in Dien Ban, Quang Nam, Hoian d'Or Quang Nam on Con Bap isle of Hoi An city.
Besides, some interesting tourism products are expected to open by the time of the National Tourism Year 2022, such as Trinh Cong Son music night, pedestrian streets and shopping area, agricultural area in Hoian d'Or Quang Nam.
According to Director of the Quang Nam Department of Culture, Sports, and Tourism Nguyen Thanh Hong, it is necessary to launch new and unique tourism products by the time of the National Tourism Year 2022 and Mekong Tourism Forum in Hoi An in order to attract more both local and foreign tourists.
