(QNO)- Hoi An ancient town is crowded with visitors on Tet holidays 2022
Tourism activities, pedestrian and night streets, traditional craft villages, the ancient quarter of Hoi An city, Quang Nam province were reopened on the 4th day of Tet holidays (Lunar New Year 2022), attracting lots of visitors.
On average, Hoi An city welcomes 5-10 thousand visitors a day on Tet holidays.
Because the international tourism market is in the pilot phase of reopening due to Covid-19, domestic tourists dominate with a rate of more than 90%. Many international visitors who are living in Vietnam also choose Hoi An city.
It is a good sign when Vietnam is preparing for completely reopening for international tourists and when the National Tourism Year 2022 takes place in Quang Nam.
