Hoi An ranks third of the list, being preceded by Phong Nha (Quang Binh province) and Ninh Binh.
Besides, other places include Hue, Mai Chau (Hoa Binh province), Tuy Hoa (Phu Yen), Con Dao (Ba Ria-Vung Tau), Dong Hoi (Quang Binh), Cat Ba (Hai Phong), and Sapa (Lao Cai).
The rankings were based on an analysis of over 240 million verified customer reviews on Booking.com.
The Traveller Review Award recognised travel providers' efforts in the world, including Vietnam, during over the past year.
Accordingly, travellers felt the most satisfied with the friendly staff which were followed by clean, comfort and convenient location.
