(QNO) - A delegation of 126 tourists from the United States travelled to Hoi An city (Quang Nam province) on April 5. They are the first foreign tourists back to this heritage city after the two- year hiatus due to Covid-19.

The tourists planned to visit famous places in the ancient quarter, such as Japanese Covered Bridge, club-houses, ancient houses, and to enjoy some tourism products there.
On the morning of April 5, the delegation visited My Son Sanctuary.

Then, the US tourists planned to have some experiences in the Bay Mau nipa palm forest, Thanh Ha pottery village, Kim Bong carpentry village, Tra Nhieu ecological village. They will stay in Hoi An until April 7.
Reportedly, the delegation booked the tour a long time ago. Allison Crull, a member of the delegation feels satisfied with the trip after the time of waiting. Everything is great for her; local residents are friendly.

Besides, there have been several groups of foreigners to Hoi An since March 15 when Vietnam tourism fully reopened.
