Quang Nam province plans to become a regional tourist hub and a safe friendly destination.
In recent years, Quang Nam has attracted a lot of foreign and domestic tourists through unique events such as Quang Nam heritage festivals, Vietnam- Japan cultural exchanges, Tam Ky-South Korea cultural exchanges, international food festivals, beauty contests, sports competition. It is noteworthy that Quang Nam will host the National Tourism Year 2021.
At the same time, Quang Nam is focusing on attracting more tourists via tourism festivals or events abroad with the supports of organizations including ILO, JICA, FIDR, EU, SSTP (Switzerland).
Beside the mass media, Quang Nam is applying information technology in tourism promotion to attract more tourists to this safe and friendly destination.
