Tourism products for APEC 2017

(QNO) - Recently, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Hoi An city (Quang Nam province) had a meeting with 6 tourism agencies of the city on the special tours for the international press reporters and for representatives attending the Financial Ministerial Meeting and APEC’s Senior Week.

7 tourism products were chosen in the meeting, including Hoi An heritage tour, My Son heritage tour, handicraft villages tour, river tour, Cham Islands tour, mountainous tour, and southern tour. Each of them lasts from a half-day to 2 days and 1 night. All must present the typical cultural values of Quang Nam, ensuring their quality, capacity, and high safety. The chosen tours then will be submitted and approved by the Foreign Affairs and APEC 2017 National Committee to introduce to the guests.

This will be a precious opportunity for not only the agencies but also for Hoi An and Quang Nam to promote the brands and destination values in the future if this program is well – received by the guests.
