(QNO) - A press conference on the Nam Hoi An Resort construction was held in Hoi An city on 15th April 2016 by the Nam Hoi An Development Company, Ltd (the project’s investor).

The project covers an area of 986 ha of 3 communes: Duy Hai, Duy Nghia (Duy Xuyen district) and Binh Duong (Thang Binh district) with a total investment capital of 4 billion USD. It will be built on 23rd April 2016 in Duy Hai commune.
The 1st phase of the project will cover an area of 163 ha with an investment capital of 500 million USD, including one international standard 18-hole golf course, one 1,000-room resort which will be managed by famous trading brands such as Rosewood, New World…, one trading center and other useful facilities.
When being put into partial operation in 2019, the Nam Hoi An resort will create 2,000 jobs for the local residents and pay a remarkable contribution to Quang Nam province’s budget.

The Nam Hoi An Resort is the project with the biggest investment capital in Quang Nam province at present. It is hoped to change the eco-social countenance of this part of Quang Nam, from a poor area to an international center for tourism, relaxation, services, entertainment and living conditions.
At the groundbreaking ceremony of the Nam Hoi An Resort on 24th April 2016, the investor will give 1 billion VND to the Quang Nam provincial Sponsoring Association for the Disabled, Orphans and Poor Patients, and the Heartbeat Vietnam Programme to operate hearts for children of Quang Nam province who have congenital heart disease, said by Mr Don Lam, investor’s representative.
