The industrial parks in Dien Ban town have attracted 46 projects with nearly 2,214 billion VND of investing capital

(QNO) - According to the People’s Committee of Dien Ban town, so far, 10 industrial parks (IP) in this locality have attracted 46 enterprises with a total investment capital of nearly 2,214 billion VND. 28 among these enterprises have gone into operation covering over 104 hectares of land. These projects, mainly operating in garment, leather shoes, seafood, timber processing, brick producing, have    attracted over 4,150 labours. The average percentage of used land in each IP occupies about 48,3%. 

The Quang Nam- Da Nang Urban and Industrial Zone Investment -  Development  Stock Company (QDIDICO), the investor of the Dien Nam – Dien Ngoc Industrial Zone, invested about 159 billion VND in the 1st phase and has invested 161 billion VND in the 2nd phase for land clearance ( about 326 hectares) and building infrastructure.

The Dien Nam-Dien Ngoc IZ has attracted 51 investing projects with nearly 205 hectatres of land, 2,376 billion VND and over 433,3 million USD of the total investing capital. Those projects offer jobs to 25,000 labours.

In 2014 the total Industry Gross Value Added (IGVA) of the Dien Nam-Dien Ngoc IZ reached over 13,505 billion VND and total export turnover reached 341 billion USD.
