The first containership imported through Tam Hiep port

(QNO) - On 9 May 2014, the Ky Ha Port border-gate customs sub-department (Quang Nam provincial Department of Customs) implemented the import procedure for the Truong Hai 3 container ship. It’s imported through Tam Hiep port by the Chu Lai Marine Transportation one member Company Ltd.

This (2.5) over 2.17 million USD container ship was made in 2003 from Netherland. It is 19.2m-wide, 132.6m-long and has a capacity of 8,015 tons.

After this ship comes into operation, the Chu Lai Marine Transportation Company Ltd. will increase its goods transporting capacity to many places in the country through Tam Hiep port.
