(QNO) - The exhibition taking place from May 20 to 25 will contribute to introducing and promoting the tangible and intangible cultural values of Vietnam.
The event is organized by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism as part of the National Tourism Year 2024 with the theme "Dien Bien Phu Glory - Endless Experience," celebrating the 70th anniversary of the Dien Bien Phu Victory (May 7, 1954 - May 7, 2024).
The exhibition will showcase and promote both the tangible and intangible cultural values of Vietnam. It also introduces famous landmarks and scenic spots of the country to domestic and international tourists.
Activities within the exhibition also contribute to strengthening the collaboration for tourism development among various provinces and cities, attracting resources, enhancing the reputation and image of the country, its people, and specifically Dien Bien.
The exhibition is organized across various spaces, including a common exhibition area featuring three main components: the photo exhibition "Travel through Vietnam's heritage areas and scenic landscapes", the specialized exhibition "Traditional Costumes in Vietnam's Ethnic Communities"; and the display and performance of light sculpture art and the Vietnamese tea culture space.
The light sculpture art section promises to provide novel experiences by combining sculpture with fixed lighting to create unique images through the shadows of sculpted objects.
Additionally, there will be a vibrant space showcasing cultural heritage and landmarks from various provinces and cities across Vietnam.
During the exhibition, there will be an artistic exchange program celebrating the love for the homeland and the heroic achievements of the Vietnamese people in nation-building and defense, marking the 70th anniversary of the Dien Bien Phu Victory.
