(QNO) - A lauching ceromony of Kia Carnival and new generation products of Kia has just been organised by Thaco (Truong Hai Auto Corporation) in Quang Nam province.
Kia Carnival 2022 is a luxurious and comfortable SUV car- a new generation of Kia products to replace Kia Sedona. Kia Carnival 2022 will be delivered to customers as from October 9.
Besides Kia Carnival 2022, Kia’s new generation products include Kia Sonet and Kia K5 launched this year, Kia Sorento (All New), Kia Sportage, Kia Telluride and Kia EV6 next year.
According to Nguyen Quang Bao- Deputy Director of Thaco, responsible for manufacturing, this event showed Thaco’s commitment to Kia and customers despite the Covid-19 epidemic.
Thaco committed to maintaining dual goals of epidemic prevention and production recovery.
In 2007, Thaco and Kia Corporation (South Korea) officially signed a cooperation agreement on technology transfer for production, assembly and exclusive distribution of Kia vehicles in Vietnam market.
Thaco has expanded and upgraded the Thaco - Kia factory in Quang Nam province to increase the capacity of 50,000 vehicles/year. Until now, Thaco has exported its vehicles to some Southeast Asian countries such as Thailand, Myanmar.
