Hoi An (in Quang Nam province) was one of the busiest trade centers in Vietnam in the 16th century. Up to now, more than thousand of ancient architectural monuments including streets, buildings, club-houses, pagodas, temples, family’s workship houses, wells, tombs have been intactly preserved.

The architectures show Vietnamese traditional art and cultural integration with Asian and Western countries. Living habits and customs, rituals, cultural activities, beliefs as well as traditional dishes have been kept here for centuries.
