Secretary of Kalum district received and thanked for the good sentiment and help with economic development, health care, education, peaceful protection in border that Tay Giang district gave to Kalum people over recent years. In reply, Standing Deputy Secretary of Tay Giang district’s Party Committee Doan Thanh Thuan spoke of the good relationship between two countries Vietnam-Laos in general and Tay Giang-Kalum districts in particular with many positive achievements in fields.
