(QNO) - A model of sea travel for relaxation and healthcare is being built in Tam Thanh beach (Tam Ky city, Quang Nam province). Accordingly, tourists coming to Tam Ky can enjoy a fresh and green city with rural feature which is suitable to those who want to have peaceful weekends.

Tam Thanh which locates in the area of the potential Chu Lai Open Economic Zone is a beautiful beach with a long sandbank without pollution, fresh and delicious sea products. At present, the road to Ha Thanh beach has been widened. The Dien Bien Phu street (linking Da Nang-Quang Ngai highway and Tam Thanh beach) is going to be started. In the future, some institutes for acupuncture, disease diagnosis and treatment, convalescence and relaxation will be built there.
The project for conserving and bringing into play the values of Ky Anh tunnel, Tam Thanh beach, Tam Thang historical village, Bai Say Song Dam eco-tourism is being perfected. Besides, Hoi An Tourist Service Join Stock Company has just started to build Tam Thanh resort in Ha Thanh beach, Tam Thanh commune, Tam Ky city with a total capital of 30 billion VND.
According to Secretary of the Tam Ky city Party Committee Nguyen Van Lua, Tam Ky is a small city abundant in natural conditions. Last year, Ha Thanh beach and eco-tourism area, Ban Thach riverside hotel, Muong Thanh five-star hotel were inaugurated. They are the first step to develop sea travel in Tam Ky. The plan of the city’s tourism development in the 2015-2020 period with a vision toward 2025 has recently surveyed and completed. It focuses on building Tam Ky to become a green, clean, beautiful, safe and relax destination.
