(QNO) - The Quang Nam provincial People's Committee has approved a grant for promoting youth and community innovation for city sustainable development, funded by UN - Habitat.
The project aims to improve urban life quality through innovative community-driven solutions, especially focusing on the youth in Hoi An city.
Total project funding exceeds 5.3 billion VND (non-refundable aid). The project implementation period is expected to be from March 2024 to December 2025.
The Provincial People's Committee assigned the People's Committee of Hoi An City to collaborate with the sponsor and relevant agencies, organizations, localities to develop activity plans and implement activities in accordance with the approved content.
In addition, it is required to comply with state regulations on receiving, managing, and using non-refundable aid not classified as official development assistance from foreign agencies, organizations, and individuals for Vietnam.
Periodic reports to the provincial People's Committee and the Department of Planning and Investment on the implementation of the assistance are also required.
