(QNO) - Over 500 students from University of Economics - the University of Da Nang joined a forum on digital economy organized in collaboration with the Vietnam E-commerce Association (VECOM) and the Network of E-commerce Education Institutions (VECOMNET) from October 27 to 30.
According to Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Van Huy - Rector of Da Nang University of Economics, it is indeed an honor for the university to collaborate with VECOM in hosting the first Student Forum on Digital Economy in Da Nang.
This is a focal point in the UniTour event series organized by VECOM from October 24th to November 1st at the universities across Northern, Central, and Southern Vietnam.
The forum aims to help students gain more knowledge and information, enabling them to seize opportunities in the digital economy and digital business trends.
At the forum, Mr. Tran Van Trong - the Secretary-General of VECOM, shared the latest trend in digital business, current workforce demands, and the reality of training and supply.
In the context of flourishing e-commerce forms with various brands, distribution channels, and digital platforms, the wave of digital economic startups offers opportunities for businesses.
