(QNO) - A delegation of the Quang Nam Youth Union has had a volunteer trip to Laos and signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for cooperation with the Sekong Youth Union in the period of 2023 - 2028.
The cooperation MoU includes 7 items, focusing on educating people and the youth about the friendship, special solidarity, and comprehensive cooperation between the two countries.
Two parties also agree to enhance the activities of innovative start-up among the youth, giving a priority to the youth’s start-up products, and expanding cultural exchange activities.
On this occasion, there were 50 other gifts, free medical examination and treatment to the poor, and planting trees in Kalum district (Sekong province).
