(QNO) - On the occasion of Laos Culture Week celebration in Vietnam, a performance art programme took place on the evening of July 20 in Hoi An ancient town (Quang Nam province) by the Laos National Art Troupe.
The event is of the week celebrating the 60th anniversary of diplomatic relations between the two countries (September 5, 1962 - 2022) and the 45th anniversary of the signing of the Vietnam - Laos Treaty of Friendship and Cooperation (July 18, 1977 – 2022).
The programme included dancing, singing and circus performances which praise Laos’ cultural traditions, natural beauties, and achievements in the national protection and development.
Besides, the programme showed the tradition of special friendship and solidarity, a great affection and a strong attachment between Vietnam and Laos.
