(QNO) - A photo exhibition of Vietnam’s typical cultural values themed “Vietnam beauty” will be organised at the Lao National Cultural Hall in Vientiane from July 18-21.
According to Vietnamese Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the exhibition is to celebrate the Vietnam - Laos, Laos - Vietnam Solidarity and Friendship Year 2022, the 60th anniversary of Vietnam - Laos diplomatic ties (September 5, 1952 - September 5, 2022) and the 45th anniversary of the signing of the Laos - Vietnam Treaty of Friendship and Cooperation (July 18, 1977 – July 18, 2022).
60 photos of UNESCO-recognised heritages, cultural features, festivals and landscapes in Vietnam as well as the Vietnam’s development and tourism potential, Hoi An’s lanterns will be displayed.
In addition, Ao Dai (Vietnamese traditional long dresses) by designer Lan Huong will be exhibited too.
The opening ceremony of the exhibition is expectedly taken place on July 18, 2022 with the participation of Vietnam’s and Laos’ high – ranking leaders.
