(QNO) - Eight Intelligent Operation Centres (IOC) have been launched in eight provincial districts and cities in Quang Nam province.
Under the project on information technology application development and building digital government in Quang Nam province in the period of 2021-2025, eight Intelligent Operation Centres (IOC) have been launched in eight provincial districts and cities, including Tam Ky, Bac Tra My, Duy Xuyen, Hiep Duc, Nam Tra My, Thang Binh, Dong Giang, and Nong Son.
The provincial public service portal and electronic one-stop information system have been connected to the national public service portal, providing 1,371 online public services.
Quang Nam has also provided training courses on information technology in order to improve the qualifications and skills of the staff in charge.
Besides, the province has publicised the implementation of digital transformation, providing the provincial locals and civil servants with guides to digital transformation.
