(QNO) - The Hoi An- Japan cultural exchange is one of the events contributing to the development of the relationship between two parties.
The Hoi An- Japan cultural exchange is an annual event, starting in 2003.
The 2022 event takes place on August 26-28 in Hoi An city. It is also one of the events of the Vietnam National Tourism Year- Quang Nam 2022.
The event happens with different interesting activities, such as the launch of Japanese cultural exhibition house, the reappearance of Princess Ngoc Hoa - Araki Sotaro wedding, Japanese tea ceremony, Origami, making dolls, teaching Japanese songs, presentation of the book about Japanese Bridge, providing Japanese cultural and tourism information, boat racing, cosplay and others.
Responding to the National Tourism Year under the theme of Quang Nam- A Green Tourism Destination, the event gives a space for environmentally friendly activities, including Hoi An fair, a corner of green motion, an art contest of Hoi An children and Japanese culture.
The space for Japanese cultural exhibition shows the long-standing relationship between Quang Nam province, Hoi An city and Nagasaki. It will become one of the tourist destinations in Hoi An.
Currently, the tour to visit ancient Japanese places in Hoi An including Cam Pho public house, Japanese Bridge, Ngoc Hoa Princess street, Ichy tree in Kazik park, Ceramic museum, and the ancient tomb of a Japanese merchant.
