(QNO) - On the afternoon of February 4th, the delegation from Sekong province (Laos), led by Mr Bualapha- Standing Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee and Chairman of Vietnam-Laos Friendship Association visited and wished Quang Nam Party Committee, authority and people a happy new year.

At the reception, Mr Bualapha appreciated Quang Nam province’s fairly comprehensive development in the past time. Especially, the success of the 11th Quang Nam provincial Party Committee Congress helps the province more develop in the 2015-2020 period. On behalf of Sekong leaders, Mr Bualapha thanked for Quang Nam province’s precious helps to Sekong province’s development in coming time. He also noticed that strengthening the cooperative relationship between Sekong and border localities, especially Quang Nam province is one of development targets of Sekong province in the next time.
