(QNO) - A regulation on the termination or withdrawal of official documents on investment projects in Quang Nam province has been recently promulgated by the provincial People’s Committee.

All the operation terminations of the investment projects will be done publicly, explicitly and in the right order of the Law of Investment and the legal regulations concerned.
Accordingly, the operation of an investment project will be terminated if the investors decide to end it; or the project expires; or it is forced to stop under the decision of the Prime Minister due to its effects on national security according to the suggestion of the Ministry of Planning and Investment. Besides, the investment projects that have bad influences on the relics, antiquities, national precious things, environment and so on are also compulsory to stop under the laws.
