(QNO) - 19 special dishes from Vietnam’s localities including Quang noodle from Quang Nam province will be present at the Vietnam-Japan Culinary Festival in Tokyo, Japan on November 29.

Like vermicelli or common noodle, Quang noodle is made from rice but it has an own flavor. It is the most typical and popular dish in Quang Nam.
At the festival, Quang people’s ancient space where Quang noodle was made will be reappeared by more than 10 artisans and skilled chefs specializing in this excellent food.
