Quang Nam: Vocational training until 2020

(QNO) - The Quang Nam provincial People’s Council has just approved of a Resolution to support vocational training for the key projects and businesses in the province over the period of 2016-2020.

Quang Nam is estimated to need more than 40,000 employees in this period. 55% among them will receive high quality training.  The provincial People’s Committee will announce the yearly list of prior occupations on training support in accordance with the businesses’ recruitment demands. Reportedly, the total investment of these training courses is more than 154 billion VND.

In the past 5 years, over 198,000 labourers in the locality have been given employment opportunities. 128,000 among them have come from the provincial vocational training schools.
