Quang Nam is a province where there are several world tangible cultural heritages recognized by UNESCO, including My Son Sanctuary and Hoi An ancient quarter. These world heritage sites have helped attract more and more visitors to the province.Besides, Quang Nam owns the Cu Lao Cham World Biosphere Reserve. On the islands, visitors can enjoy themselves on the long sand beaches with reefs. They also take a diving tour to contemplate corals there.Tam Thanh mural village is the first painted village in Vietnam. The large pictures are painted on over 100 houses under different topics such as nature, daily activities, local culture and comics.Quang Nam is also a place of a variety of good foods such as Cao Lau, My Quang (Quang noodles), crushed rice cracker, Nui Thanh flying fish, cassava noodles with snakehead, sticky rice with crabs, and different types of sweet soup.Quang Nam people is good-natured, friendly and hardworking. Their voice may also be considered as an unmistakable specialty.It is said that Quang Nam people are quite eloquent, hence the saying “Quảng Nam hay cãi” (Quang Nam people usually get into arguments).
