Mr. Hoang Chau Sinh and Russian Consul General Brovvarets Andreis Petrovich talked about the achievements in the cooperative relationship between Quang Nam and Russia. Both of them believed in the potential for cooperation between the two parties, especially in education, tourism, science-technology, energy… They also believed that the good traditional relationship would be more and more developed.
On this occasion, Mr. Sinh gave his best wishes to the beautiful country of Russia, Russian Consul General, his family and his staffs.
