With a score of 9.6 out of 10 (the national average is 7.5), an increase of 2 points from the previous week, the online payment index stands out as a highlight for Quang Nam in this round.
Other component indices remained stable: transparency scored 13.6/18, resolution progress 18.5/20, online public services 7.7/12, satisfaction level 17.6/18, and document digitization 15.8/22.
At the department level, the Quang Nam Industry and Trade Service maintains its top position with an excellent classification score of 90.44.
Meanwhile, at the district level, Nam Giang continues to lead with a score of 89.07. The lowest-ranking localities are Que Son, Tay Giang, Thang Binh, and Nong Son.
