(QNO) - Quang Nam is making every effort to carry out administrative procedure reform to impulse the provincial development in the period of 2021-2025.
One of the outstanding results in the Quang Nam provincial administrative reform in the period of 2016-2020 was the application of information technology, building e-government at all levels.
It contributes to changing the way of working via the provincial public service portal, the intelligent operations centre, the local data sharing and integration platform, the local reporting information system, etc.
As a result, the administrative procedures have been improved, satisfying the needs of individuals and organisations.
Namely, the problems of overdue dossiers, procedures have been bettered. At the same time, the process of receiving and handling dossiers has also been controlled.
It is noteworthy that the Quang Nam provincial People Committee has launched a project on promoting the administrative procedure reform in the period of 2021-2025, with a vision to 2030.
It aims at making positive changes in terms of administrative procedures to support the local economic development in the new normal of the Covid-19 epidemic.
Quang Nam also focuses on improving its PAR index, PAPI, PCI and ICT Index in the period of 2021-2025 through a lot of synchronous solutions such as shortening the process, reducing time and costs of administrative procedures, ensuring publicity and transparency, and increasing the responsibility of state administrative agencies.
At the same time, it is necessary to raise awareness and responsibilities of civil servants, especially heads of the agencies.
