(QNO) - The Quang Nam delegation led by Secretary of the provincial Party Committee Nguyen Ngoc Quang visited and sent the best wishes to the leaders and people of Sekong province on 10 April on the occasion of Lao traditional New Year 2018. At the same time, Mr. Quang believed in the special traditional friendship between two countries Vietnam-Laos in general and two provinces Quang Nam-Sekong.

At the meeting, the leaders of two provinces briefly informed of their socio-economic development and confirmed to carry out the Memorandums of Understanding signed by two localities effectively to strengthen this cooperation in all fields.
On this occasion, the annual conference between the Quang Nam provincial Police and Sekong provincial Security Department was organized in La Man district, Sekong province with the participation of Secretary Quang and the leaders of Sekong province.
Speaking at the conference, Secretary Quang highly appreciated the cooperation between two agencies and hoped this cooperative relation to be more effective, the friendship between two provinces in particular and two countries as a whole to be closer in the coming time.
