Quang Nam-Lao experience exchange

(QNO) - An experience exchange between Quang Nam (led by Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Huynh Khanh Toan) and Lao Department of Emulation and Reward (led by its Director General Dia Lochi Va) happened on 16 October.

Talking about the issue of emulation and reward in Quang Nam, Vice Chairman Toan emphasized its importance. It is considered as a driving force to promote the socio-economic development and to ensure the national defence and security of Quang Nam. The experiences in emulation and reward activities Quang Nam shared in the working session were the launch of patriotic emulation movements in the localities, the promotion of leaders’ exemplary behaviours, and timely rewards.

According to Mr. Dia Lochi Va, the exchanging of experiences in emulation and reward activities was very significant. At the working session, the Lao delegation was shared several Quang Nam’s valuable experiences in this field. The event contributed to the comprehensive traditional friendship and solidarity between Lao and Vietnamese Parties, nations, and peoples on the occasion of the 55th Anniversary of the Vietnam-Laos Diplomatic Relations (5 September, 1977- 5 September, 2017) and 40 years of the Vietnam-Laos Friendship and Cooperation Agreement (18 July,1977- 18 July, 2017).
