Quang Nam-KOICA cooperation in the project on Tam Ky smart city

(QNO) - Standing Vice Chairman of the Quang Nam People’s Committee Huynh Khanh Toan played host to the delegation from the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) in Vietnam led by its Deputy Country Director Yang Kyumo on December 17. The meeting discussed the project on Tam Ky smart city.

At the meeting, Mr. Toan stated KOICA’s projects in Quang Nam, especially the Quang Nam Central General Hospital had contributed to tightening the diplomatic relations between Vietnam and South Korea in general and Quang Nam in particular. Mr. Toan and representatives of Quang Nam’s agencies and departments cleared up KOICA’s queries about the project on Tam Ky smart city.

From December 17-20, the KOICA delegation works with Tam Ky city’s People Committee and departments, visiting some tourist sites in Tam Ky and its surrounding areas,  discussing camera management system, public wifi, space supporting for startup, making a field trip to pilot projects,  surveying businesses’ information technology, media and information agencies. After that, they will share the survey results with the Quang Nam Peopl’s Committee.
